Deposits

30% Deposit at time of booking

50% of deposit forfeited if cancelled within 8 - 21 days.
100% of deposit forfeited if cancelled within 7 days. 
Deposit returned in full with more than 21 days notice of cancellation.

both Villas have new reverse cycle heating and cooling for extra comfort year round!

2 nights for all

Peak:
* December and January - 5 nights                                                          
* All School Holidays - 3 nights
